what are the store hours?

Monday - Friday 11am-6pm, Saturday 11am-5pm. Closed Sunday.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however under certain circumstances we do offer store credit if the instrument is returned within three days in the same condition as when it left the store.

what type of repair service do you provide?

We can perform basic guitar and bass set ups including string replacement and neck adjustments. For more extensive repairs we refer you to our favorite, licensed technician.

do you buy instruments?

Yes! We pay cash for both acoustic and electric guitars, basses, amplifiers, and drums along with banjos, mandolins, and ukuleles.

can you special order guitars or drums?

Yes we can special order any current production models from the following brands: Fender, Gibson, Takamine, Eastman, Gretsch, Jackson, Charvel, Pearl, Epiphone, and Electro Harmonix.

what are your store rules?

We only have one rule and it is that we please ask you to let one of the employees pick up and put back the guitars off the wall in order to keep them in perfect condition.
